This is an ongoing project about the South Coast of England, which started in Southampton exploring its use of the body of water. So far this has been shot in different locations around Southampton.

I started shooting this project in Bursledon, and then gradually moved across to Southamptons Container Ship terminal, stopping at locations to explore how the body of water is used differently across the city. The photos of Bursledon are below.

I moved onto Hamble, where I explored both the Hamble to Swanick Ferry and Hamble Point Marina.

I then visited Mayflower Park to photograph the commercial use of the water with container-transport ships and international cruise ships.

I moved on to focus on the container ship terminal (Dock 20)
